"Again I want to thank you so much for doing such an awesome job at Jess and Michael's wedding. ALL of our family could not stop talking about you and your band and how wonderful you are!

I hope that when my husband and I are back in Virginia you are playing and we get to see you again!!"

"Chris Adams closed the night with an incredible performance!  The crowd was on its feet calling for an encore, so Chris delivered yet again with a tongue in cheek tribute to Nashville that every songwriter can appreciate!"

Saw y'all at Innsbrook last night opening for Blake Shelton. That was one of the best opening bands I have heard in a while. Love all of your original songs. I would love to know when you are playing next. Heather

Zion Coffee House

Chris and company Thank you, thank you thank you for playing at Zion coffeehouse! Everyone was so impressed by your singing, the band, and songwriting that they asked to please book you again soon. The listening room was packed from ages 6 to 90! Everyone had such a great time they were still talking about the show the next day! The song you wrote ( You Know What it is like) is so amazing that it was used during worship service and the pastor mentioned you and the song at least 3 times in her sermon! The only sad part of the evening was we had to let you eventually go home! Keep doing what you are doing! we love you! Margie and David Zion Coffeehouse

Chris & Band, I can't thank you enough for an "amazing" performance at "Woofstock". I heard countless positive comments! You all are a rare breed;- extremely talented musicians and entertainers who are easy to get along with! It was truly a pleasure - I hope to book you for many events in the future. Susan Kelly

Great American Music Hour

I do a weekly radio show and podcast called "The Great American Music Hour" and have recently discovered the music of Chris Adams, which I consider to be great American Music. This week's show featured "Too Late", which is a great piece of songwriting wrapped in a very tasty musical package. Call it inspirational if you will, it's all just good music to me. I'm a little embarrassed to tell you that I do not have a firm memory of how I came to have your 2003 CD UNDER THIS SILENT SKY. The two immediate possibilities that come to mind are that we might have met after one of my own concerts ... or connected through the vastness that is the Internet! What I can tell you is that I "re-found" your CD just a little bit ago (a home office excavation in progress in the eternal quest to "get organized"). I just wanted to commend you on all aspects of the disc. Being an acoustic-music fan, I like the "wooden touches: throughout. Songwise, I especially appreciated "Hallelujah" and "Silent Sky". "The Way I Do Now" is one of the most tender expressions of maturing, long-term love I've heard in a long time. It's easy to write the excitement-at-first love songs, a little more of a challenge to keep the flame alive and to write so well about it. There are not many artists who can produce themselves well ... and you've managed it all very nicely. So I'm writing this little note as a thank-you and encouragement. Good songs, well-played and well-sung ... I'm always on board with that! Take care, Bob Bennett www.bob-bennett.com
